LONDON, England — Hull City has emerged as the frontrunner to sign Millwall winger Femi Azeez this summer, according to reports. The newly promoted Premier League side is said to be ahead of other clubs in the pursuit of the Nigerian international.

Millwall has already turned down a bid of £14.5 million for Azeez during the current transfer window. Ipswich Town had also shown interest in the winger in January but were unsuccessful in their attempts to sign him.

Azeez had a standout 2025/26 season with Millwall, contributing significantly despite the club's inability to gain promotion to the Premier League. The 25-year-old winger scored 11 goals and provided seven assists in all competitions for his team.

His performances earned him a place in the Sky Bet Championship Team of the Season. Azeez also made his mark on the international stage, being part of the Super Eagles squad that clinched the Unity Cup in May.
